Can marketing impact sales at the end of the month?

September 27, 2017 Matt Heinz

It’s the last week of the month. How can marketing still impact this month’s sales number?

New lead campaigns aren’t the answer. Those can impact future months and quarters, but not this week.

My short answer to this question is content. Precision, bespoke, agile content.

Sit down with your sales team and talk through their pending deals. What primary, final objections do those prospects have before closing? What very specific message(s) do they need to hear to allay their fears and get across the line?

This is War Room time. Get in the mud with your sales team, experience the terror and excitement with them!

What are you doing as marketers to impact sales over the next couple critically important days?
