Matt’s App of the Week: OK Roger

October 8, 2017 Matt Heinz

This is the latest in a series of weekend posts highlighting a wide variety of applications we think are pretty cool. Most have to do with sales, marketing and productivity. Check out past featured apps here.

So first, sites like Expedia and Travelocity disintermediate traditional travel agents.  Is OK Roger about to disintermediate the disintermediators?

OK Roger is especially useful if you travel frequently on business, and need to make or adjust travels plans quickly.   No Web site visit needed, just text “Roger” with where you need to go and what you need.  Roger knows, remembers and learns your preferences and sends back travel plans, via text, for your approval.

Yet another application of AI and machine learning that’s, in my experience so far, seamless and very easy.

Definitely worth checking out.
