Showpad introduces Outlook plugin to increase sales productivity

Personalized emails have six times higher conversion rates than non-personalized emails. The most successful emails not only include a recipient’s name and a personalized subject, they also contain content tailored to the recipient’s needs. In fact, there is a 20% increase in sales opportunities when leads are nurtured with custom content.

 

Find and share any content from Outlook
After the successful launch of our Gmail integration, we’re excited to release Showpad for Outlook to a select group of users today. With these integrations, salespeople can easily find and share content from Showpad within their preferred email client. Recipients will view that content in a branded environment, and reps will know exactly which content they have viewed, down to the individual page.

Salespeople can also search all content, their own collections of content, or the items they’ve shared last. This allows them to quickly find the latest and most relevant content to capture their prospects’ attention. Of course, reps can also upload their own favorite content within Outlook.

Track content shared via Outlook
Salespeople will receive real-time notifications when a prospect opens, shares, downloads or forwards shared content. These valuable insights reveal which information prospects are most interested in and who the stakeholders are in the decision-making process. That way, salespeople can successfully time and tailor their follow-up communications and quickly push a deal to the next stage in the sales cycle.

What’s more, marketers can keep track of which content has or hasn’t been used by their salespeople. This allows them to strengthen their content strategy and increase overall marketing ROI.
